The Company operates a whistleblowing system in order to allow the report of integrity violations (the breaches of the Code of Conduct) by the form „Reporting Sheet for Ethical Investigation” published on this website. The Company will evaluate those reports in line with the Rules of Procedures published here also.

Reports by mail shall be sent to the following address: 1398 Budapest Pf. 564.

The Reporting Sheet shall be sent by mail, in a closed envelope, labelled as: “Report for ethical investigation”. If the whistleblower makes an anonymous report, no personal data shall be indicated on the envelope, failing which the report will not be anonymous.

The Reporting Sheet shall be sent to the electronic mailing address with a delivery receipt request turned on by the reporting person prior to sending. In case of electronic reports, the whistleblower shall send the Reporting Sheet from an electronic mail address that contains no personal data for the sake of preserving anonymity.

Reports by personally shall be made at the Company's headquarters (1138 Budapest, Váci street 144-150, building part B, 5th floor) in the office space provided for this purpose. The reports is made by the member of the Compliance support organization by filling out the Reporting Sheet in such a way as to ensure a complete and accurate record, putting it in writing and - in addition to ensuring the possibility of checking, correcting, and accepting it by signature - handing over a second copy of the Reporting Sheet to the notifier.

In case of reports made by phone, based on information provided by the whistleblower, the the member of the Compliance support organization shall record the report in writing by filling in the Reporting Sheet, and then place it in a closed envelope labelled as: “Report for ethical investigation”, which is the member of the Compliance support organization keeps confidential. Reports shall be made – either by name or anonymously – by filling the „Reporting Sheet for Ethical Investigation” and – in case of reports by name – the forms shall be signed. In case of reports made by phone, the data - required to „Reporting Sheet for Ethical Investigation – shall be provided to the person recording the report.
