To coordinate the trading activities of the MVM Group and expand its regional presence outlined in the company group’s strategy, the MVM Group is establishing a unified, integrated trading entity based on MVM Partner Zrt. and MVM CEEnergy Zrt.

As a first step, from November 1, 2024, the management of these wholesale companies and the direct coordination of their business areas will be consolidated under a unified management structure.

In line with this, the joint management of the MVM Partner Zrt. and MVM CEEnergy Zrt. member companies will be led by Gábor Orbán, former CEO of MVM Partner Zrt., while László Fritsch, former CEO of MVM CEEnergy Zrt., will continue to oversee his areas as the Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy CEO for both companies.
